Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Skillforge VIP Ltd ("Company") through its online platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, users ("Users") agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Company Information

3. Services Provided

The Platform offers online courses and tutorials on various topics as detailed in the dedicated sections of the Platform. A special section allows authors ("Authors") to share their materials ("Materials") on the Platform. Additionally, business users ("Business Users") can become commercial partners of the Company and promote the courses and tutorials available on the Platform.


4. User-Provided Content

Users are responsible for the content they share on the Platform, whether through uploading, posting, or other means. Users indemnify the Company from any liability related to the unlawful dissemination of third-party content or the use of the Platform in ways contrary to the law.


5. Rights to User-Provided Content

The only rights granted to the Company regarding User-provided content are those necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Platform. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Platform, Users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or developed in the future.


6. Materials Uploaded by Authors

Authors who wish to upload their Materials for publication on the Platform must agree to and adhere to the contractual terms provided at the time of uploading in the designated section of the Platform. Uploading Materials, regardless of their subsequent publication, implies full acceptance of these Terms and the Company's Privacy Policy.


7. Third-Party Services

Users may utilize services or content included in the Platform provided by third parties, but must first review and accept the terms and conditions of those third parties. Under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for the proper functioning or availability of services provided by third parties.


8. Trial Period

If the Platform offers a trial period, Users will be able to experience certain paid features of the Platform free of charge for a limited time. Details of the trial terms will be provided as part of the subscription initiation process or service usage.


9. Subscription

Payments commence from the date Users select a paid subscription plan or modify an existing paid plan. To maintain active paid services, the subscription must be renewed at each payment period.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


11. Definitions

Service: The service offered by the Company as described in these Terms and within the Platform.
User: The individual or legal entity using the Service.
Terms and Conditions (or Terms): These general service conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company.
Order Processing Receipt: The email the Company sends upon receipt of the order.
Order Confirmation: The email the Company sends to confirm the order's acceptance.
By using the Platform, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
